Internships & fellowships
Catamount Institute's close ties with post-secondary schools have resulted in excellent internship and work-study programs that provide emerging environmental educators with excellend practical and teaching experience while earning college credits.
"The goal of The Public Interest Fellowship Program (PIFP) is to provide highly qualified, committed, and energetic Fellows who can help build the capacity of nonprofit organizations by providing key support quickly and effectively. The Fellows are products of Colorado College’s unique Block Plan, which teaches students to research and analyze subjects intensively, while working in teams with faculty and students to provide answers on short deadlines."
