Booking calendar
Use the calendar to start your field trip request
Click on an available day or multiple days depending on the number of students you have. Fill out the form and we will be in touch to confirm the date and field trip topic. Please book at least two weeks in advance. Once you save the form your date is saved until we confirm it or release it back to being open. Please wait until we approve the date to book transportation.
Pricing for field trip begins at $7.00 an hour/per student (minimum 20 students & maximum of 80).
Field trips that are not at Sondermann Park will require a transportation fee of $100.
A non-refundable deposit of 50% will be due at field trip confirmation. Your booking will not be confirmed until the deposit is made. This deposit must be paid one month before your field trip date to avoid losing your requested date.
No booking is final until we have confirmed the reservation by email or phone.
Available days are GREEN. Pending dates are YELLOW. Booked dates are RED
